General Terms
1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by LANGA Corporation Srl (“LANGA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating a LANGA Account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as by our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to the services you use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
The acceptance of these Terms occurs during the registration process of a LANGA Account, where you are required to explicitly check a box confirming your agreement to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other applicable legal documents.
In addition to these Terms, each specific service provided by LANGA may have its own supplementary terms and conditions, which you will be required to review and accept upon using that service. If no specific terms are provided for a given service, these general Terms will apply.
2. Services Provided
LANGA offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:
- Applications and websites for purchasing services
- Platforms for purchasing physical devices
- Consulting services
- Integrated services designed to facilitate user interaction across different platforms
Each service provided by LANGA is subject to these Terms, as well as to any additional terms specific to that service. The service-specific terms will be made available to you at the time of use and will take precedence over these general Terms in case of any inconsistency.
3. Changes to Services
We are constantly improving our services. Therefore, we reserve the right to:
- Modify, add, or remove features or functionalities of our services
- Discontinue or withdraw services when no longer viable or relevant
If we make significant changes that may adversely affect your use of our services, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to export your content, except in cases of urgency (e.g., security, legal compliance). We strive to minimize any disruption to your experience.
4. Account Creation and Use
To access certain services, you must create a LANGA Account via https://account.langa.tv/ or through a LANGA service.
By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for any actions taken with your account.
You must check the box confirming your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy during account creation. If you are under the legal age required in your country to manage an account, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Once your LANGA Account is created, you may, at your discretion:
- Request the activation of a LANGA service by contacting us through the available channels.
- Activate a service autonomously (where available), directly through your LANGA Account.
Both options require prior acceptance of the specific Terms of Service for the requested service, which are available for review on the dashboard of the website or app of the respective service.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully, and not to engage in activities that:
- Violate the law or harm others (e.g., fraud, harassment, illegal content sharing)
- Unauthorized access or interference with our services
- Spamming, phishing, or any activity that could damage the integrity of our services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
6. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our services. However, by uploading or sharing content, you grant LANGA a royalty-free, global, non-exclusive license to:
- Use, host, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with providing our services
- Modify or translate your content as necessary to deliver or improve the services (e.g., resizing, reformatting)
This license is granted for the purpose of improving and managing our services and remains valid as long as your content is protected by intellectual property rights.
7. Use of LANGA’s Intellectual Property
All content provided by LANGA, including software, graphics, logos, and any other intellectual property, is owned by LANGA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may only use this content as permitted by these Terms and any service-specific terms. Unauthorized use of LANGA’s intellectual property is prohibited.
8. Suspension and Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, or if required by law. In such cases, we will notify you of the suspension or termination unless urgent action is needed (e.g., to comply with legal obligations or prevent damage).
If your account is terminated, we may allow you to retrieve your content in compliance with applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LANGA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our breach of these Terms, and in no case will LANGA’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service related to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LANGA harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Any content you upload or share through our services
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or to comply with legal requirements. If the changes substantially affect your use of the services, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to review and accept the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for any updates.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us. Upon termination, we will delete your content unless required by law to retain it.
