What is LANGA Galaxy?

LANGA Galaxy is a digital ecosystem of services organized across 5 thematic networks. Each network groups services with a common mission:
  • LINK — Everything related to web presence: websites, portals, digital identity. Here you find Studios (creative agency), TheCubes (premium hosting), Segno (digital signature).
  • BAZAR — Commerce and marketplaces. eFruit (farm-to-table shopping), RelaXYou (travel), DriveIn (AI marketing), Bürolink (office supplies), TimesBank (skills exchange), TreeD (3D modeling).
  • LAB — Professional tools and analytics. Fertilyze (SEO audit), Tools (WordPress site management), eSay (sales pipeline and quoting).
  • FORGE — Innovation and creative production. Steel (industrial hosting), Anon (privacy and VPN), Minte (NFT and digital assets), Orchestra (service orchestration).
  • OPS — Orchestration and behind-the-scenes management of the entire ecosystem.
What makes the Galaxy unique is that every service works completely independently — you can use just one without touching the others. But when you activate more than one, they connect automatically through AEGIS, the invisible infrastructure that syncs data, identity and payments across all services.

How many services are there and how are they organized?

The Galaxy currently has 22 active services across 5 networks. Each service has its own visual identity, domain, pricing plans and documentation. There is no Galaxy bundle: you choose the services you need, one at a time.

From the services page you can browse the full catalog, filter by network, user type (business or individual) and status (active, beta, coming soon). Each listing includes an interactive demo, available plans and documentation links.

Do I have to use all services?

Absolutely not. The ecosystem is designed around the progressive opt-in principle: start with the service that solves your problem today and add others only when you need them.

Real example: a restaurateur could start with eFruit to sell products online. A few months later, they activate DriveIn for AI marketing. Then they add Tools to manage their website. Every step is optional and the integration between services is automatic — you don't need to configure anything, AEGIS handles the connection.

Is it free?

LANGA Galaxy offers both free and paid services with a transparent approach:
  • Free plan — Most services include a free plan with basic features. No credit card required, no time limit.
  • Premium plan — Advanced features, more storage, more integrations. Prices listed on each service page.
  • Marketplace fees — Commerce services (eFruit, RelaXYou) apply a small transaction fee. The percentage is always visible before purchase.
There is no single Galaxy subscription. You only pay for the premium services you choose to activate, when you activate them.

How was LANGA Galaxy born?

LANGA Galaxy was founded in 2010 with the idea that digital services for people and businesses should be integrated but not binding. The founding vision is that every tool should work perfectly alone, but the ecosystem becomes exponentially more powerful as it grows.

It is a 100% Italian project, headquartered in Milan, with infrastructure on dedicated servers in Europe (Germany) and a team that has been building the platform for over 15 years. Today the Galaxy serves thousands of users and businesses with 22 active services, 700+ managed websites and 5 thematic networks.

What are the 5 networks in detail?

Each network groups services with a common mission. Here is what you find in each:
  • LINK — The digital connections network. Studios (premium creative agency for ambitious brands), TheCubes (web hosting and infrastructure with dedicated panel), Segno (qualified digital signature and legal document management). Ideal for anyone building their online presence.
  • BAZAR — The ecosystem marketplace. eFruit (direct-from-producer shopping with tracking and cold chain), RelaXYou (travel comparison with certified agency packages), DriveIn (AI marketing for local businesses), Bürolink (B2B office supplies with 50,000+ product catalog), TimesBank (peer-to-peer skills exchange without money), TreeD (on-demand 3D modeling with 18+ materials).
  • LAB — Professional tools. Fertilyze (complete SEO audit with 6 analysis engines), Tools (WordPress suite with 10 modules for management, security, SEO), eSay (sales pipeline and quoting with visual kanban).
  • FORGE — Innovation. Steel (high-performance industrial hosting), Anon (privacy, VPN and identity protection), Minte (NFT creation and digital asset management), Orchestra (service orchestration and automation).

Every service has a dedicated page with interactive demo, detailed pricing and technical documentation. Trying is free for most services.

Do services have technical documentation?

Yes, every Galaxy service has comprehensive documentation on multiple levels:
  • Service page — Description, live interactive demo, key features, plans and pricing.
  • User guides — Step-by-step tutorials for common operations (initial setup, configuration, daily use).
  • API documentation — For developers: REST endpoints, authentication, webhooks, code examples. Available for services with programmatic integrations.
  • Changelog — History of changes and updates for each service.
Documentation is continuously updated and available in Italian. For services with APIs, technical docs are also in English.

Can I try a service before paying?

Yes, in the vast majority of cases. The Galaxy follows the try first, pay later model:
  • Permanent free plan — Many services (like Fertilyze, Tools Lite, eSay) offer a free plan with no expiration and basic features.
  • Premium trial — Paid services offer trial periods (typically 14-30 days) with full access to premium features.
  • No credit card — No payment details required to try. Card is only requested at upgrade time.
  • Free downgrade — You can always return to the free plan without losing data. Premium data is retained for 30 days after downgrade.

How do I create a LANGA account?

Creating an account is simple and free:
  1. Go to account.langa.tv
  2. Choose your registration method: email + password or Google Sign-In with one click
  3. Confirm your email (you will receive a verification link)
  4. Your account is ready — you can access all Galaxy services
A single account gives you access to all 24 services in the ecosystem. You never need to create separate accounts for each service. Profile, preferences and billing data are shared and synced everywhere through AEGIS.

What is AEGIS Single Sign-On (SSO)?

AEGIS Single Sign-On is the Galaxy unified authentication system. In practice it means:
  • One login — You authenticate once and access all services without logging in again. Whether you are using eFruit, Fertilyze or Tools, your account is the same.
  • Supported methods — Traditional email/password or Google Sign-In. We are working on adding Apple ID and biometric authentication.
  • Security — Every session is protected with JWT tokens, TLS 1.3 encryption and automatic credential rotation. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from settings.
  • Sync — Profile, preferences, language, light/dark theme, billing data — all synced in real time across services.

How do I edit my account data?

You can manage all your account data from account.langa.tv in the Settings section:
  • Profile — Name, surname, photo, bio, preferred language, theme (light/dark)
  • Email — You can change the email associated with your account. A confirmation on the new email is required.
  • Password — Password change with current password verification. If you forgot your password, use the «Forgot password» flow from the login page.
  • Notifications — Choose which notifications to receive (email, push) and how often.
  • Billing — Tax data, saved payment methods, invoice history.
  • Security — 2FA, active sessions, access logs.
Changes propagate immediately to all Galaxy services connected to your account.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your LANGA account:
  1. Write to [email protected] from the email associated with your account with subject «Account deletion»
  2. You will receive confirmation within 24 business hours
  3. You have 14 days to change your mind — during this period you can cancel the request
  4. After 14 days, data is permanently removed within 30 days (as required by GDPR)
What happens to your data:
  • All personal data is deleted
  • Active subscriptions are automatically cancelled with pro-rata refund
  • Public content (reviews, comments) is anonymized
  • Invoices are retained for 10 years as required by Italian tax regulations

Is my data safe?

Data security is an absolute priority. Here is how we protect your information:
  • GDPR compliant — Full compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability at any time.
  • Servers in Europe — All data resides on dedicated servers in Germany. No data transits or is stored outside the EU.
  • Encryption — TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
  • Zero sharing — We never sell, share or use your data for third-party advertising. Ever.
  • Backup — Daily incremental backups with 30-day retention. Disaster recovery tested monthly.
  • Monitoring — Shield (the AEGIS security module) monitors every service 24/7 with automatic alerting.

Billing

Payments

Total transparency. You pay only for what you use, when you use it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several payment methods to suit your needs:
  • Credit/debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Instant payment, immediate receipt.
  • PayPal — For those who prefer not to enter card details directly.
  • Bank transfer — SEPA for the eurozone. Processing time: 1-3 business days.
  • Business invoicing — For companies with VAT ID: 30-day invoicing with deferred payment. Available after credit verification (contact [email protected]).
All payments are processed through Easy Gateway, the secure AEGIS payment system, with PCI DSS Level 1 encryption.

What are Galaxy fees and how do they work?

Galaxy fees only apply to marketplace services — those where commercial transactions occur between users. Here is how they work:
  • eFruit — Transaction fee charged to the seller. The buyer pays the listed price with no surcharges.
  • RelaXYou — Fee on the travel package value, charged to the agency. The traveler sees the final inclusive price.
  • TreeD — Fee on the printing service, included in the quote shown to the client.
The exact fee percentage is always shown before any purchase, on the service page and at checkout. No hidden fees, ever. Non-marketplace services (Tools, Fertilyze, eSay, Anon, etc.) have no fees — you only pay the subscription.

How does invoicing work?

Every payment generates a compliant Italian electronic invoice:
  • Individuals — Tax receipt sent via email after each payment.
  • Businesses — SDI electronic invoice with the tax data configured in your account (company name, VAT ID, SDI code/PEC).
  • Setup — Configure billing details once on account.langa.tv → Billing. They will be used for all Galaxy services.
  • History — All invoices are downloadable as PDF from the Billing section of your account. Retained for 10 years as required by law.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, with a clear and transparent policy:
  • Subscriptions — Full refund within 14 days of activation if not satisfied. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Marketplace purchases — Each marketplace service (eFruit, RelaXYou, TreeD) has its own refund/return policy, stated in the service terms. Generally: 14 days for physical products, case by case for services.
  • How to request — Write to [email protected] with the order number. Refund is processed to the same payment method within 5-10 business days.

Do prices include VAT?

VAT handling depends on the client type:
  • Individuals (B2C) — All displayed prices are VAT included at 22%. The price you see is the price you pay.
  • Italian businesses (B2B) — Prices can be shown net of VAT. The invoice will show 22% VAT with deduction option.
  • EU businesses with VAT IDReverse charge applies: invoice without VAT with notation «reverse charge art. 196 Dir. 2006/112/EC».
  • Non-EU businesses — Invoice without VAT (non-subject operation).
You can configure your tax regime from the Billing section of your account.

AEGIS is the invisible brain. It connects services, protects data, syncs everything.

What is AEGIS and how does it work?

AEGIS is the shared infrastructure that holds the Galaxy together. The name stands for its 5 components:
  • Account — The unified identity system. One login for all services, SSO, centralized profile management.
  • Easy — The payment gateway. Processes all Galaxy transactions with PCI DSS encryption, manages subscriptions, billing and refunds.
  • Governance — The rules and compliance module. Manages privacy policies, terms of service, cookie consent and GDPR compliance for all services.
  • Intelligence — The data and AI engine. Powers recommendations, traffic analysis, reports and artificial intelligence features like BazarAI.
  • Sync — The cross-service sync system. When you update your profile on one service, the change propagates to all others in real time.
AEGIS works completely in the background. You do not need to activate, configure or manage it. The more Galaxy services you use, the more AEGIS connects them and makes them smarter together.

Do I need to configure anything for AEGIS?

No, AEGIS is fully automatic and invisible. From the moment you create a LANGA account, AEGIS is already active:
  • Your login works on all services (Account)
  • Payments are processed securely (Easy)
  • Your data is protected and GDPR compliant (Governance)
  • Your preferences sync everywhere (Sync)
The only exception is Intelligence: for advanced AI features (like personalized recommendations or BazarAI), you can choose whether to enable advanced data collection from your account privacy settings.

Will there be public APIs?

Yes, we are preparing public LANGA APIs for developers and integrators:
  • Easy Gateway API — To integrate the Galaxy payment system into your applications. Checkout, subscriptions, programmable billing.
  • Account API — To implement «Sign in with LANGA» in your apps, similar to «Sign in with Google».
  • Intelligence API — To access analysis engines (SEO, performance, security) programmatically.
  • Webhooks — To receive real-time notifications on events (new order, payment received, user registered).
APIs will be available with full documentation, test sandbox and SDKs for Python, Node.js and PHP. Follow eSay for availability updates.

Where is data hosted and how is it protected?

We take hosting and data protection very seriously:
  • Location — All data resides on dedicated servers in Germany (Hetzner, ISO 27001 certified data centers). No data leaves the European Union.
  • Infrastructure — Dedicated servers (not shared cloud) for maximum control. No public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) in the critical path.
  • Backup — Daily incremental backups with 30-day retention. Weekly full backup retained for 90 days. Monthly documented restore test.
  • Encryption — TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Let's Encrypt SSL certificates with auto-renewal. HSTS preload.
  • Monitoring — Health checks every 5 minutes on all services. Automatic alerting. 99.9% uptime target.
  • DDoS protection — Cloudflare enterprise for volumetric attack mitigation.

How long does it take to get a reply?

Timing depends on the channel and priority:
  • WhatsApp — Real-time response during business hours (Mon-Fri 9-18 CET).
  • Standard email — Within 24 business hours. Most requests get a reply within a few hours.
  • Urgent email — If you include «URGENT» in the subject line, the request is prioritized with response within 4 business hours.
  • After-hours emergencies — For critical issues (site down, security, blocked payments), use the phone: the voicemail is forwarded to the on-call team.
We do not use numbered ticket systems or automated queues. Every request is handled by a person who knows the product and can solve the problem.

Do you have a chatbot?

No. This is a deliberate choice. When you write to LANGA support, you get people who:
