Legal Warranty and Assistance
All products and services purchased from LANGA are covered by a two-year legal warranty, in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005). This warranty guarantees protection against defects in manufacturing, ensuring that products and services comply with the agreed Sale Contract. As outlined in Articles 128 to 135 of the Consumer Code, consumers are entitled to request free repairs or replacements for products or services that exhibit non-compliance within 24 months from the date of purchase. Any issues must be reported within 2 months of their discovery.
General Warranty Terms
Unless otherwise specified within the terms of a specific service or product offering, the general warranty terms described here apply to all services and products offered by LANGA. LANGA reserves the right to modify or limit the applicability of these terms based on the nature of the product or service provided, as well as any specific agreements or service-level terms established with the customer.
Service-Specific Terms
Each LANGA service may have additional or parallel rules specific to that service. These rules, if not expressly stated or agreed upon, will be governed by the general warranty terms and conditions provided here. If a service includes specific warranty terms or conditions not covered by this general warranty, these specific terms will supersede the general conditions for that service.
Post-Sale Set-Up Assistance
Every LANGA service or product includes post-sale technical support under a Set-Up assistance service to ensure the proper functioning and integration of the service/product. The duration and terms of the Set-Up assistance may vary depending on the complexity and nature of the service or product purchased.
a) To access Set-Up assistance, customers must subscribe to and register their purchased product or service.
b) After the conclusion of the Set-Up assistance, any further technical support or Customer Care services requested will incur charges if the issue falls outside the scope of the original service/product and its specific warranty coverage.
Defect Assessment and Claims
Requests for warranty claims and evaluations of potential defects will be handled on a case-by-case basis. LANGA reserves the right to assess the nature of any defect, particularly with regard to digital services, where the craftsmanship or inherent characteristics of the service or product may not constitute a defect but instead could enhance the uniqueness of the offering. LANGA may apply further scrutiny to determine whether compensation under the warranty is applicable, especially considering factors like the intangibility of digital products or services.
In all cases, LANGA retains the final decision-making authority regarding any claims, ensuring that all matters are handled in the best interest of both parties.
